Planning is in works for our 2027 abroad escape... somewhere in Europe. Cancellation Policy
🌿 Payments: A £300 non-refundable deposit secures your space for abroad escapes, with the remaining balance split into two instalments (optional). A £150 for non-refundable deposit secures your space for weekend escapes, with the remaining balance due 3 months before (or pay up front). The full amount is due up front for day escapes. 🌿 Cancellations: Due to the nature of retreat planning and upfront costs, all payments are non-refundable. 🌿 If You Can’t Make It: If something comes up and you're no longer able to attend, you’re very welcome to transfer your space to a friend. I’m also always happy to support in helping you find someone to take your place. If your spot is filled, you’ll receive a full refund (minus a £50 admin fee). 🌿 Travel Insurance: Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover any unexpected changes (for abroad escapes).
